1. WHAT IF I TYPED IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you used the wrong email address please contact us here. Once you place your order you have 12 hours to let us know of any corrections. If your order has already been dispatched it may be too late to change!

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard,JCB,Discover,Diners Club,UnionPay) via Stripe.

3. IS MY ONLINE ORDER SECURE?
When purchasing from our site using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secured web page. Your information is then SSL – encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

4. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We allow returns on all orders as long as the return request is communicated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present).
